Had a REALLY GREAT stay in September 2011. Liked the location to the "bridge " connecting Gefira with Monemvasia. Plus, it was very close to many restaurants, two bakeries, and a supermarket, the island of Monavesia, and Petrino Guesthouse.

The place has a perfect and convenient location right on the harbor. It's nestled in a lovely building near the center of town, Monemvasia. - the rooms are spotless and functional with splendid views of the sea and the rock. Rewritten: the location of this guesthouse is ideal, right by the harbor. - It is situated in a charming building close to the center of Monemvasia. - the rooms are pristine, practical, and offer breathtaking views of the sea and the rock.

The hotel was little and the staff amicable, perfect location to the island of Monavesia. Location adjacent to three tavernas around, tavernas that are very easy to walk to and the Peloponnesos. Besides, excellent for visiting Paralia Monemvasias.

Nice view of the famous Monemvasia rock from the room, 15 minutes walk from the castle entrance, the room was a bit cramped but cosy with traditional style and a lot of wood in it, helpful staff, breakfast included, lot of restaurants and cafes nearby, we were offered a bottle of local wine and bottled water.

No private parking but there are places to park nearby, wifi signal was weak in our room, buffet breakfast was not bad but in our view inferior to the rest of the hotel.

Functional and beautiful rooms with private bathrooms and a fridge and glassware. Absolutely perfect and amazing location, only 20 minutes walk from the centre.

Spotless units with a good balcony. Spectacular view of Monemvasia Island. Incredibly kind staff. Wide range of lovely meals. Would happily go back again.

Location was great, the rooms were very comfortable and clean. Breakfast was ok. Stayed here before and would do so again. Highly recommended as a smaller more personal stay.

When you go to Monemvasia it is definitely better to stay in the medieval city as this place is absolutely amazing. However if you want to lower your budget and go in the modern city then Petrino is a very good solution. We had a very good time in this charming guesthouse with a very nice seaview. It is quiet, clean and the staff is very helpful!! For us the value for money is excellent.

The room I booked was spacious and stunning, with a gorgeous view 😍. It had everything I needed, from climate control to a fridge, and even a multi-channel television for entertainment.
